Value it
You find your stuff on our site, answer a few questions about its condition, and we give you an instant online valuation.
Collection or post
If you would like collection...
You tell us your address and the day you’d like the stuff collected.
We email you a link so you can confirm your availability for collection. You can change or cancel your collection online any time before collection day.
A courier comes to your home to collect your stuff on the intended day between 8am and 6pm (or 12pm and 6pm if you opt for for afternoon collection). You need to have boxed up your stuff ready for collection.
If you would like to post to us...
Just do it! We will send you the address to post to when you make your order.
What if I don't have any packaging materials?
If you still have the original packaging for your item, please use that, otherwise use any other box with appropriate packaging.
Then…
Your items arrive at our processing centre and we test them.
Assuming they’re in the condition you described, we pay you by cheque or PayPal within 4 working days.
(If there’s any hitch, we’ll let you know and if necessary return the item to you or offer you a different valuation).
