By participating in any transaction with SpeedSell Limited (“SpeedSell”) you agree to these terms and conditions regarding SpeedSell’s service.
For trades involving devices which store electronic personal data, SpeedSell strongly recommends that you erase the personal data on your device. SpeedSell accepts devices only on the understanding that the condition in which they are delivered to us is the condition which you would permit them to be received by an end user (including, but not limited to, individuals on to whom SpeedSell passes the device). SpeedSell may or may not recondition the device prior to resale. SpeedSell shall not be liable for the loss, safekeeping or maintenance in confidence of any data resident on the device.
The online valuation you receive on our Web Site is a non-binding indication of the payment you may expect from SpeedSell. SpeedSell reserves the right to offer you a different payment, or return the device to you, if the device could reasonably be judged to be in a different condition to the condition you described it to be in when the valuation was made. Devices must be in full working order, in a condition which would not the impair the utility which a user could reasonably expect from the device if it were new and unused, and you must supply all relevant accessories which the user could reasonably expect from a new and unused item. Any additional items and accessories other than those specified in the trading agreement between SpeedSell and you may be accepted and recycled at SpeedSell's discretion, and SpeedSell does not undertake to offer any payment in addition to that offered on our website.
The condition of items offered for sale to SpeedSell shall be considered to be the condition in which they arrive at SpeedSell’s processing centre, not the condition in which you send them, should the two differ. SpeedSell strongly recommends that you send items in their original packaging, with additional cushioning, to avoid damage. You accept liability for any loss or damage to items in transit before they arrive at SpeedSell’s processing centre.
SpeedSell’s valuation of products is final. Where we disagree about the valuation of an item, you will have the option to have the product returned to you.
SpeedSell makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the valuations you receive on our Web Site. However, should an inaccuracy take place, we reserve the right to offer you a different valuation before payment, or return your item to you.
